How we check delivery
Each month you receive a report on checks and completed changes. Before care starts, we agree workflow count, criticality, support hours, monitoring frequency, responsibility and how incidents are priced.
Ask about this packagePrices exclude VAT; we are not VAT registered. Accounts, domains and data belong to the client. We agree licence and third-party service costs separately. Care: three months minimum, then 30 days' notice. We do not guarantee savings; we agree scope and acceptance before starting.
