About me
You speak with Mariusz.
I run Bold Banana. I personally handle the conversation, scope and delivery.
Bio
I have worked for 13 years in food production, at a manufacturing site, where I implement IT systems and am responsible for automation. There I built or improved, among others, a product quarantine system, a stores system that reports shortages, and a product development system. I work in Excel, Python, Next.js and Supabase, with AI models, and in Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint. At Bold Banana, from West Yorkshire in the UK, I train people in AI and implement AI in small and medium-sized companies. IT has always been my dream. Outside work I enjoy sport and dancing, and I am curious about how big the world is.
How I work
I start with the process.
I begin with a specific task and how the team works today. A Scan gives you a map and possible next steps.
We choose a Workshop or Sprint to suit the need. I agree the scope and acceptance checks before starting.
