How I work
We start with one task that can be described step by step. I take on the next one only when the first one works.
I run the conversation, agree the scope and take responsibility for the work myself.
Before each stage we agree the scope, the price and how the result will be checked. Sign-off is a test on an agreed case.
Automations run on your company's accounts. The accounts, domains and data belong to you.

The data stays on your company's accounts. Before we start, we agree what I need access to and to what extent. The accounts, domains and data belong to you.
No. We do not put personal or confidential data into public AI tools. In the workshop we work on anonymised or sample data.
I choose them for the process after the Scan. First we check what the business already has and pays for. Accounts and licences stay on your side, and you know their cost before implementation.
No. The Scan ends with a report and you can stop there. The Workshop is not required before a Sprint, and Care only makes sense after implementation.
Prices are shown without VAT, because the business is not VAT registered.
