01
Document flow
Request, approval, archive. Instead of emails and a file called “final_v2” — one form and a path you can actually see.

Bold Banana Studio · West Yorkshire · PL / EN
We help small businesses and creators in the UK turn footage from their work and customer enquiries into a steady flow of bookings: short videos, social media and automated customer contact.
02 — What we do
Two lines · one invoice

Line A
Strategy, content, communication and relationships. Angelika runs the brand from the first sentence to the publishing calendar.
Line B
Power Apps, Power Automate and mini-copilots in a small-business edition. Mariusz analyses the process, ships it and shows how many hours disappeared from it.
Green shows up here and nowhere else — it is a system signal, not a second brand colour.
03 — Automation
Line B · Mariusz
We do not sell digital transformation. We take one process that eats a week of your month and make it stop.
Visualisation01
Request, approval, archive. Instead of emails and a file called “final_v2” — one form and a path you can actually see.
02
Data from spreadsheets, the inbox and the system in one place. The report lands on Monday morning, with nobody involved.
03
A phone app for people in the field, one database for the office. No copying from paper.
04
An assistant that knows your procedures and price lists. It answers the team, and it does not invent anything beyond the documents.
How a rollout looks
Day 1
We sit down with your process
Week 1
A map of steps and bottlenecks
Weeks 2–3
A working version in your hands
Week 4
Rollout and team training
Every month
Hours and cost report
What we build on
House rule
We automate delivery, not the relationship.

04 — How we work
01
Conversation
You write two sentences about what you want to launch. We reply whether it is a week of work or a quarter.
02
Scope in writing
Scope, deadline and price written into the contract. Retainers run three months minimum, then 30 days' notice.
03
Work
We deliver the agreed scope. Accounts, domains and data belong to you; the ad budget stays on your side.
04
Report
One page a month: what we did, what came of it and what we do next. No slides about synergy.
05 — Who is behind this
PlaceholderBrand
Brand, content, communication and relationships. Takes the client from the first conversation to the publishing calendar.
PlaceholderAutomation
Technology, websites, automation and processes. Counts the hours before a rollout and after it.
06 — Portfolio
All projects
VisualisationA concept visualisation, not results. What is burnt into the frame — 98.7% system availability and the performance charts — is part of an AI-generated graphic. The project is at planning stage and runs on synthetic data.
Case 02 · Automation
A production process dashboard on data generated for the demo — the manual process set against the target one.
Type label: prototype using synthetic data · planned
Case 01 · Studio website
The studio's bilingual website — the one you are reading: PL/EN routing, brand tokens and a quality gate on every merge.
Type label: internal project · in build
DEMO · Local services
A demonstration, not a client. Local heating service: a test enquiry for a boiler check lands in the CRM with package, niche, budget and timeline. No invented results.
Type label: demo · in build
Three of five projects, and all of them are our own — the studio has no external clients yet. Every tile carries its type label, so nothing is left to guessing.

Three services to get started: short videos, regular content and enquiry automation. Add monthly care to an existing automation.
Prices exclude VAT — we are not VAT registered · ad budget is paid by the client · accounts, domains and data belong to the client · minimum 3 months for retainers, then 30 days' notice · we do not guarantee sales — we guarantee scope and reporting
08 — Contact
We don't need a ten-page brief. Two sentences are enough for us to say whether this is a week of work or a quarter.
