Concept for a pilot

No silent quotes.

An idea for one place where a small service business could see sent quotes, replies and reminder drafts.

This is a concept. Demand is unproven and the platform has not been built.

Who it helps

Quote sent. What next?

When quotes go out by email, unanswered ones are easy to lose track of. A small service business owner needs a short list: who is waiting, since when and what to do next.

How it could work

One quote, three steps

  1. Record a sent quote

Enter the service, recipient and date to check for a reply. No inbox connection needed.

  2. Check its status

Mark a reply or see which quotes have passed their check date. A person updates the status.

  3. Review a reminder draft

Edit the wording and decide whether to follow up at all. Nothing is sent automatically.
